Since The Curious Network began from a bedroom in Brixton 2006, we had a vision to create surprising places using careful design. Transforming each unloved building into a unique place that wears its heritage proudly on its sleeve, reinvigorating the area, and making a positive impact on the local community.

To get to where we are today, we’ve been on a roller coaster of acquiring and developing all sorts projects across the UK; offices; supermarkets; hotels; student housing; residential; distribution units and beyond.

Bath Quays | Workspace | GDV £20 million | 2020

Acquisition of a tired mill building with a vision to curate beautiful office space. 

Located next to TCN’s Newark Works, Camden Mill is another TCN creative campus in the heart of Bath Quays regeneration zone. It's also the spiritual, and actual, home of world-leading engineers, Buro Happold - who else in this epicentre of all things engineering?

Stokes Croft | Workspace | GDV £20 million | 2014

Acquisition of an unloved building in the up-and-coming Stokes Croft area. Conversion to a music college and let to British Institute of Modern Music. 

St James' House is another incredible transformation from TCN. Home to the next generation of UK and Irish creatives, this building is fully occupied by the British and Irish Modern Music Institute (BIMM).

Express Park | Workspace  | GDV £8 million | 2020 

Nest@mallard was a conversion of a tired office building at Express Park, into Somerset's most revered serviced office facility with a difference.

Express Park was originally farmland which has been transformed into the South West’s leading Office and Distribution Park through a substantial investment in flood defence and alleviation works. Today you will find offices, distribution, a hotel, restaurant and gym facilities.

Before Wework existed we were in partnership with BBC, Imperial College & JPCreative to turn derelict White City offices into a Media, Creative and Tech Campus.
