Why should I choose a TCN workspace? 

TCN's Clubspace is a dynamic creative hub offering flexible workspaces for individuals and businesses. The Clubspace is a shared workspace option offered by TCN, where individuals can work in a communal setting.

What makes TCN's Newark Works different from other workspaces? 

TCN's Newark Works offers a busy events calendar along with being surrounded everyday by like-minded peers, supports environmental initiatives, promotes sustainability, and provides amenities like breakout areas, phone booths, bike storage, and an onsite bakery.

What is the difference between ClubDesk and ClubFlex?

The ClubDesk option gives you your own dedicated desk and perks such as free 4 meeting room hours and 24/7 access. Alternatively, TCN ClubFlex Membership option gives access to communal areas and desk spaces on a first come first served basis from 9am until 5pm, Monday to Friday, plus a 20% discount on meeting room bookings.

How long is the agreement for Clubspace?

ClubDesk - 3 months fixed then rolling monthly to expire at the end of the month, auto renews until cancelled.
ClubFlex - Rolling monthly agreement.

How do I pay for Clubspace?

Payment is via Direct Debit, requiring one month's rent in advance and a deposit equal to two months' rent plus 20%.

What amenities are included with Clubspace?

Amenities included with Clubspace are electric height-adjusting desks and operator chairs, utilities, internet, cleaning, service charge, access to soundproof booths and casual working areas, a communal area with kitchen and bar (including complimentary tea and coffee), regular events, shared Wi-Fi, showers, external bike storage, and dog treats for furry companions.

I need to have multiple screens to work with, can I bring these in and leave them at my desk?

By joining ClubDesk, you can leave your belongings on your assigned desk. However, if you opt for ClubFlex, it is required to leave the desk completely clear at the end of the day.

Can I bring guests as a TCN Clubspace member?

If you are a ClubDesk member you can bring along guests to join you in the communal spaces and meeting rooms. If you are a ClubFlex member you can only bring guests in if you have a meeting room booked for them to join you in.

Do you offer printing?

We don't offer printing but if you have a ClubDesk you can of course have your own printer.

What if I am a ClubFlex member and all the desks allocated to use in the Clubspace are full?

Feel free to grab a seat in the communal spaces to work from. We have lots of booths, cubby holes and tables for you to work from instead.

Can I use Clubspaces at your other buildings?

While you won’t have automatic access to all TCN buildings with Clubspaces, you do have the option to purchase additional memberships in other buildings at a greatly reduced fee.

I have a colleague that I would like to share the desk with, can we get one membership and share it?

You aren't able to share the same agreement, you would need two separate memberships.

Do you have parking

There is no parking onsite, but we are a mere 10-minute walk from Bath Spa station and just a quick 5-minute stroll from Avon St car park. 

Can I bring my dog along to the TCN Clubspace? 

Yes you can, all well trained dogs are welcome, you will even find dog beds for you to use and dog treats in the kitchen.
